This is part three of a three-part series of videos where we give an overview and review of the Excellence El Carmen all-inclusive resort in the Punta Cana area of the Dominican Republic.
In this video we will give our final overall ratings of all areas of the resort. We also discuss a BIG issue we encountered that almost ruined our vacation, and how you can avoid this near tragedy.
