Can you really lose weight while taking cruises, traveling in an RV, celebrating holidays, and living a busy life? In this video, I continue sharing my personal Zepbound weight loss journey.

Last week I covered my decision to start a GLP-1 medication and my experience during the first three months.

Today, I’m taking you through months 3 through 10 of my journey—a period that resulted in more than 70 pounds of weight loss. What makes this story unique is everything that happened during those seven months. Nancy and I spent a month on back-to-back-to-back cruises celebrating the one-year reunion of the Ultimate World Cruise. We traveled across America on Amtrak, explored Seattle’s incredible food scene, spent six weeks traveling through Texas in our RV, visited wine country, flew to Panama to celebrate my parents’ 65th wedding anniversary, cruised through the Panama Canal, and navigated Thanksgiving and Christmas along the way. As if that wasn’t enough, Nancy underwent a double knee replacement, which dramatically impacted our normal exercise routine. Despite all of those challenges and life events, I continued losing weight and reached a milestone I never thought possible.

In this video, I discuss:

✅ My weight loss progress from months 3-10

✅ How Zepbound fit into a heavy travel lifestyle ✅ The side effects I experienced

✅ What worked and what didn’t

✅ How I handled cruises, restaurants, holidays, and celebrations

✅ Lessons learned after 10 months on a GLP-1 medication

✅ My long-term plan for using Zepbound This is not medical advice—just my honest experience and what I’ve learned along the way.

If you’re considering Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic, or another GLP-1 medication, I hope my journey helps you understand what real life on these medications can look like.
