The Alaska adventure is officially underway…and things didn’t exactly go as planned. Just days into our journey from Wisconsin toward Alaska, we ran into our first major RV problem when our hydraulic leveling jack pads became badly bent. Before we’d even crossed into Canada, we were already wondering if our adventure was in trouble. Thankfully, some incredibly kind people came to our rescue, reminding us why we love traveling across North America.
Along the way we also discover some amazing Harvest Hosts locations, visit one of America’s most unique roadside attractions, hike beautiful North Dakota trails, celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary on a Montana ranch, soak in natural hot springs, and continue making our way toward the Canadian border.
